We chose the Alpine village of Morzine as the location of Chez les Alps for its beauty and for the fact that it is situated in the centre of the vast Portes du Soleil region of the French Savoie alps. The traditional wooden chalets - made even more attractive by the addition of external seasonal decorations - and old stone buildings give it a unique charm and appeal.

The town has an excellent selection of shops, open until early evening and bustles with excitement from all the activities, weekly markets and festivals. There are a wide variety of restaurants to please all tastes. Eating and drinking is mainly carried on outdoors, making it possible to lap up the summer sun and enjoy the colourful and beautiful surroundings.
